I have a favorite anime work since I was a kid.
It is the “Mobile Suit Gundam” series.
When I was 6 years old, I first learned about a work called Gundam in “Mobile Suit V Gundam” that was being aired at that time.
my mother testified that the Gundam that appeared was looking cool and glued to the TV.
If you think about it now, “Mobile Suit Victory Gundam” is a work that is too shocking for a 6-year-old child to see.
I think many people have heard the name of the work “Mobile Suit Gundam” that I was addicted to.
This work, which started with a single TV anime, has become one of Japan’s proud cultures that is now expanding around the world.
I will write this article first with the desire to let as many people as possible know about this work, which started in 1979 and continues to the present.
And since I launched my blog, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce a group of works called “Mobile Suit Gundam”.

The “Mobile Suit Gundam” series, which has been spinning stories for over 40 years, is a work that has been loved for generations.
The “Mobile Suit Gundam” series begins with TV animation and is developed in various media such as manga, movies, OVAs, and novels. Starting with the first work of the series, “Mobile Suit Gundam”, 14 TV series, 7 movie works, 10 OVA works, and more than 50 manga works have been developed and are now loved all over the world. ..
There are multiple movies such as trilogy, so in this case, they are counted as one.
The staff roll of this group of works named “Mobile Suit Gundam” always contains the name of a certain person.
It is Yoshiyuki Tomino, the creator of Gundam.
In addition to “Mobile Suit Gundam”, Mr. Tomino has worked on many works since the 1970s, such as “Invincible Superman Zambot 3” and “Legendary Giant Ideon”.
Originally, Mr. Tomino worked for Mushi Production, the manga god Osamu Tezuka, and later he wrote the script and started making anime.

Many of the works that many generations, from children to adults, are crazy about, have a story centered on the confrontation between justice and evil.
However, this is not the case with the works “Mobile Suit Gundam”.
Certainly, the Gundam series is also a story, so it must come to an end.
And as long as humans are fighting each other, there must be a clear “enemy”.
Even in the works group “Mobile Suit Gundam”, the enemy that should be defeated in the end, so to speak, Las Boss appears, but it is not necessarily “evil”.
In some cases, the opponent who was in conflict with the belief became the last boss, and if he noticed, the power of the main characters was standing in the position of the last boss.
There are also people in the Gundam series who are distorted as human beings, enemies who attack with apparently evil thoughts, and people who can be called “evil” who attack mercilessly even if they are civilians
And there are some cases where such a person or power becomes the last boss too.
However, such people and powers have a history of reaching that point, and most of them are not only bad but also have room to consider.
In this way, the work group “Mobile Suit Gundam” is a story in which the characters get into the mobile suit and are not simply divided into two powers and fight simply, but the thoughts and background of the characters and the circumstances up to that point are intricately intertwined. Unfolds and accumulates to add depth to the story.
